Gate Keeper – Return Policy

We want you to love your Gate Keeper pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale/clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards

1. Contact Us
Email us at de@gatekeeper.online with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
3. Shipping the Item
Package your item securely and send it using a tracked delivery service.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- It may take up to 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
